Yes! Sister, best friends and moms are welcome to join us! However, I believe in providing you with a quality and detailed beauty experience on your wedding morning. My service capacity on wedding morning is 5 services. When 5 or more services are requested, I require hiring additional artists (that I personally select based on your needs) to support you and your family and friends. This allows for a smooth wedding morning and a responsible service timeline for both the artist and the client.

HOW EXCITING! To set you up for success and best prepare you for your wedding preview, encourage you to do the following:
-Wear white/ivory and a top that is a similar neckline to your wedding dress.
-Arrive prepared with photo references for the styles that you would like to preview.
-Arrive with clean and dry hair. Notify me if you wish to style your natural waves or curls for additional tips.
-Arrive with clean and moisturized skin. Notify me if there are any allergies I should be aware of.
-Bring any accessories you'd like to preview, veils/hair accessories, earrings, etc.
-Please silence your phone to avoid interruptions. Refrain from taking non-urgent phone calls, checking text messages, etc.

No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room during your service. If absolutely necessary, there is waiting room areas located in Salon Republic, however, no minors should be left unattended while receiving your treatment. Please plan accordingly to allow your appointment to be a time and space for you to fulfill your self-care.

A valid credit card is required for booking. Once your appointment and service is completed, payment will be made in person in Cash, Credit Card or Zelle. -
If you are running late, please text me at (408) 831-1806. Be sure to include your full name when contacting me via text. I allow clients a 10-minute grace period, if arriving after the grace period, you will be charged a late fee of $20.00. Being late beyond 15 minutes, your appointment may result in cancellation.

When rescheduling, please use the “reschedule” link in your appointment email confirmation. You have access to move our appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment. If the link is no longer working, you have passed the 48-hour rescheduling window and must book a new appointment.

Your card on file will only be charged if:
Rescheduling or Cancelling within 48 hours: $30 reschedule convenience fee Clients can reschedule any time after booking through the link in their confirmation email or Square account.
Late cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of booked service Please contact me to cancel your appointment.
No call or no show: 100% of booked service when client fails to communicate that they will not be coming in for their service.

Failure to communicate that you will not be coming to your appointment, or not showing up to your appointment, will result in a charge on the credit card on file 100% of your booked service.

I do not offer refunds on completed services (lash extensions, facials, hair, or makeup), however, if you experience an allergic reaction, I can immediately remove products. If you have known allergies, you may schedule a patch test with me before your appointment.

-Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to find parking at Salon Republic Sunnyvale and use the restroom prior to your appointment time.
-Avoid wearing eye creams or foundation near your eye area on the day of your appointment
-Do not wear any makeup and come with clean lashes. Lash baths are always included in my lash appointments but if lashes have any makeup residue/build-up, I will be charging a $10 deep cleaning lash bath fee.
-Avoid caffeine to help prevent fluttery eyes
-Be prepared to be laying down. Since lash full sets are customized to every person based on their natural lashes, you may be laying down from 1.5-3.5 hours.

-Fill out necessary client intake forms and questionnaires prior to your appointment.
-Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to find parking at Salon Republic Sunnyvale and use the restroom prior to your appointment time.
-Do not use exfoliants (physical or chemical) 3 days prior to your appointment. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, please avoid exfoliating for 7 days prior to service.
-If using prescription retinoids or medications, please pause usage 3 days prior to your appointment. If you have reactive skin, pause usage for 5-7 days.
-Please silence your phone to avoid interruptions. Refrain from taking non-urgent phone calls, checking text messages, etc.

-If you currently have lashes from another artist, I will have to determine if I can safely work with their length, diameter, isolation. Please contact me for any questions.
-You must have 50% or more lashes left (after removal of outgrown lashes) to qualify for fill pricing.
-Anything less than 50% you will be charged for a full set
-To best maintain your lashes, you should pre-book your fills within 14-21 days. Pre-booking is encouraged to have priority to my availability. Any appointment beyond 21 days will be considered a full set.
